Yoga Nidra is a “resting sleep” guided meditation that creates deep relaxation by quieting the mind. It is excellent for those seeking to develop a meditation practice while relaxing, restoring, and rejuvenating physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yoga Nidra is done in a reclined position on the back. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket and pillow if you want. Whatever you need to make yourself as comfortable as possible! This class will include light stretching, quiet music.
